Refund policy

Not satisfied with your order? I want to make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To start a return, contact me at support@danshelf.com with your order number.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. I will provide a return shipping label or instructions once your return is approved.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo within 48 hours and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
